Are there any books that can educate me on the menopause ideally in basic terms that i will understand? - understanding menopause

I would like to better understand menopause and have an idea of what my wife feels, and besides, she is my world and I want to be useful and not a hiderence. I'm not the best of communication, and although the best of intentions are still there, I tend to the stable door after the horse has bolted near you! so say the authors, or suggestions are welcome.
