a family member is abusing the system for years! Collecting disability for Mirgain is perfectly healthy and able to work in the gym regularly. I believe that this person is absolutely abusing the system and want to report it to the failure in New York. How do I do that?

All data as a whole (including, if possible, name, address, SS) and send a written description of the SSI office. When you get to their website and shows all the information.
I wonder how on earth can afford a subscription to the gym, the disability is barely enough to live on that!
